Meet Karlie Libraro, M.S., CCC-SLP

Karlie is a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of KL Therapy Services. Since 2015, she has provided diagnostic and therapeutic services in public and charter schools, private practices, and pediatric outpatient settings — offering care both in person and via teletherapy.

Driven by a deep belief in empowering children and families, Karlie is known for her personalized, practical approach to therapy. She brings extensive training in:

• Simon Says Myofunctional Therapy
• IAOM Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders
   

Karlie earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Illinois University. She currently lives in Virginia with her husband and their energetic Australian Shepherd. In her free time, you’ll find her tackling DIY home projects or planning her next travel adventure.

A fun fact? Speech therapy runs in the family! Karlie’s mother (a retired school-based SLP) and cousin (a medical and school-based SLP) inspired her path. She grew up shadowing both of them, witnessing firsthand the impact this profession can make across a lifetime.
