Meet Karlie Libraro, M.S., CCC-SLP

Karlie is a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the owner of KL Therapy Services. Since 2015, she has provided diagnostic and therapeutic services in public schools, charter schools, private practice, and pediatric outpatient facilities. These services span across in person, in home, and teletherapy platforms. Karlie has a passion for helping children communicate and empowering families to help their children. She has extensive continuing education and training in SOS Approach to Feeding, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, Simon Says Myofunctional Therapy, and IAOM Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders.

Karlie graduated with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Illinois University. She lives in Virginia with her husband and Australian Shepherd. Karlie loves traveling and taking on DIY projects around the house in her spare time. A fun fact about her is that her mom and cousin paved the way to her becoming an SLP! Karlie's mom is a retired school-based SLP and her cousin is a currently practicing medical-based SLP. She grew up going to work with both of them and learning about all of the amazing ways SLPs can help individuals across the lifespan.
